Booking policies
Cancellations and rescheduling
Changes must be made more than 24 hours ahead. Cancellations inside 24 hours, and missed appointments, forfeit the security deposit.
Late arrivals
Arriving late may shorten your session so the next guest's appointment can begin on time.
Clients under 18
Minors need permission from a parent or legal guardian, who may also be required to remain present.
When to reschedule
Please wait to book with open wounds, a rash, sunburn, a contagious skin or scalp condition, an active infection, lice, or a recent procedure affecting the service area.
Gratuities
Never required, but always appreciated if you enjoyed your experience.
Respectful conduct
We welcome men and women alike. All services are strictly professional and non-sexual. Inappropriate comments, requests or behavior will end the session immediately, with no refund, and you may be declined future bookings.
